Simple & Delicious

We focus on simple, delicious dishes made with love and care. We work with fresh, local ingredients from the PNW—seasonal produce, sustainable meat, and seafood—bringing you a laid-back yet vibrant dining experience. Chef and Owner Sophia Boesenberg, originally from Okanogan County, has lived abroad and brings those global flavors into her dishes, all while staying rooted in the tastes of the PNW. Returning to her hometown with her family, she loves reconnecting with the local farmers and growers she knew growing up.

Located in the beautiful Methow Valley, Winthrop is the perfect spot for outdoor adventures, from hiking and biking to fishing. The town’s got that Old West charm, with boardwalks, shops, and cozy restaurants. The Fainting Goat sits just outside downtown, with views of the Spring Creek suspension bridge and Homestream park, and easy parking so you can focus on the good stuff—food and fun.
